How to get there.

Access by the public is welcomed and is by arrangement with the Headteacher of Edwalton Primary School. The entrance to the site is via Edwalton Primary School grounds, Wellin Lane, Edwalton. However, there is no official car parking for the site.

Meadow Covert, owned by Rushcliffe Borough Council is broad-leaved woodland and covers 1.6 Ha. It is used by Edwalton Primary School for many elements of the curriculum. Although it has been woodland for at least 400 years it has been planted with some non-native species and species that are not really local to this region but includes stands of Large-leaved Lime and a mature Wych Elm.
